Greg Nelson, Paralegal, Information Systems Manager

Greg is an experienced paralegal who specializes in using and developing technology to leverage lawyers' skills in complex matters. Greg creates multi-user, relational databases that are tailored to each action's specific issues, incorporating features such as imaging for document-intensive matters, case management, mathematical and statistical analysis, and timelines. Greg has the ability to analyze electronically stored data, assist in drafting and reviewing discovery in technology-related actions, and provide valuable insight into technical aspects of complex business litigation matters in advance of the retention of experts. He has also worked with the FBI and local law enforcement agencies to provide information, documentation, and analysis on complex criminal investigations and trials. Greg also provides the ability to create, in-house, a variety of persuasive demonstrative tools, including trial graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and video shorts.

Lucy Cameron Kellogg, Paralegal

Lucy has been a paralegal with the firm since its inception in 1997. Lucy has extensive experience in discovery and trial preparation for large, complex and document-intensive business lawsuits in state and federal court. Lucy taught the "Fundamentals of Legal Assistantship" classes for several years in the University of California Davis Extension Legal Assisting Certificate program and has been a frequent teacher and guest speaker for paralegal courses. Lucy served as an Administrative Advocate at CUIAB Appeals Hearings for the Voluntary Legal Services Program of Northern California, an arm of the Sacramento County Bar Association, and as Director and State Representative for the Sacramento Association of Legal Assistants. She has authored or appeared in legal articles for The Sacramento Daily Recorder, The Sacramento Bee, Legal Assistant Today, and The SALA Journal.

Thomas A. McManus, Paralegal

Tom has more than 25 years' experience as a paralegal. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, and he has participated in a number of hearings before state administrative agencies. Tom also assists with corporate investigations and is a skilled public record researcher.

Tom is on the Advisory Board for the Paralegal Studies program at MTI College in Sacramento and he is on the Board of Directors of a local youth soccer club. Formerly he was on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum.
