Bradley handles litigation matters for companies and individuals in a variety of areas, often involving governmental investigations or administrative claims. Bradley handles a variety of civil disputes, including government contract disputes, administrative disputes, election and campaign finance matters, real estate matters, corporate governance and fiduciary duty disputes, and qui tam False Claims Act claims.

Bradley regularly serves as a settlement judge for the Sacramento Superior Court and as a neutral for the voluntary dispute resolution program administered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Prior to joining the firm, Bradley worked as an associate at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California, where he represented venture capital firms, investment banks, and private and public technology companies in financings and mergers and acquisitions.

After graduating from law school in 1993, Bradley served as a judicial clerk for Judge J.L. Edmondson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia.

Representative Matters


  • Represented State Farm in civil action by the California Attorney General to invalidate settlement agreements entered into by State Farm with the Department of Insurance under former Commissioner Quackenbush.

  • Challenged and defended multiple government contract awards by state and local agencies for clients in a variety of industries.

  • Defended multiple parties in campaign finance investigations by California Fair Political Practices Commission.

  • Represented parties in administrative disputes with multiple California agencies, including California Secretary of State, Department of Corporations, Transportation Commission, Department of Consumer Affairs, and Horse Racing Board.

  • Represented Sacramento Kings in litigation in breach of contract suit brought by former provider of air charter services.

  • Represented State Farm, First American Title Insurance Company, and City National Bank in separate private enforcement actions for alleged violations of the California Political Reform Act.

  • Represented member of California Assembly in investigation by California Attorney General into member’s residency qualification for office.
  • Representing national title insurance company in investigations by departments of insurance in multiple states.

  • Conducted internal investigation into mortgage fraud scheme involving former employees of national firm in real estate business. Coordinated voluntary disclosure to federal government.
